Site Management
WATER DRAGON is committed to full project and site management for every project and implements a thorough, system approach to site works with the right management in place to supply a seamless water system service.
To facilitate smooth operations, every project that we undertake will be attended to by a team of project manager, engineer / project coordinators, contracts personnel and full support from head office on administration and finance matters. Upon award, we would establishour contract programme featuring all major elements and target dates; so as to ensure that our projects requirements are evaluated / planned – for in advance, procurement plan are put in place and work progress to move as per contract programme and as per the client’s requirement.
Supply and Installation of Water System
We carry out various types of piping installation works, be it for private sector clients or public sector jobs with conventional contract work . Water Dragon can provide a full design and build service, from conceptualizing to initial M&E plan to structure construction. For conventional contracts, we are resourceful and committed and are able to commence works at short notice, due to the sheer dynamism of company and support from all project partners.
Design & Build(M&E)
Water Dragon has developed a strong base of competent engineers working on projects spanning five decades; we work with our clients in several ways.

- We offer a complete design and build service, working with professional M&E engineering that we trust.

In the initial of project, we ensure all system requirements are satisfied and complied. Upon given archi plan draws up the concept according to your wishes and budget, we will process and design the overall system for you.
The second stage of project is to schedule control and system compliance. This is necessary for the compliance of the system to prevailing Code of Practice’s regulations. After which, we will fine tune the project with detailed plans and technical specifications.
We believe the construction phase of any project requires a good set of shop drawings in order to run smoothly; getting it right from the onset is the key to successful project. Besides being able to deliver creative and complied design, out project would work within budget and schedule and be familiar with local authorities’ rules and regulations, amongst possessing other qualities
